If you've received a payment email from a participating business, but you're not seeing it reflected in your wallet balance, please make sure you are clicking the "accept payment" button in the payment email. The payment needs to be claimed, and when doing so, your balance should be updated.
If you've claimed your payment, processed a withdrawal, and are waiting for it to land in your destination bank, please be advised it may take up to 7-10 business days for it to land in your account. Generally it should take only 24-48 hours, but some international withdrawals will take longer, depending on the bank.
